Information

ORDERING INFORMATION: Merchandise can be ordered by telephone, email, mail or fax. Please include all pertinent information regarding your truck as a 20% restocking fee may be applied to an incorrect order.

PAYMENT: We accept checks, money orders, or you can charge your order to Visa or MasterCard. All orders paid with personal checks will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Foreign residents are asked to pay in US funds. All return checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.

SHIPPING: All parts are shipped USPS or UPS except large freight items. Inspect your items before the driver leaves. Itís the customerís responsibility to inspect for damages. All damaged packages must be left in original boxes to be inspected by the appropriate carrier. File a claim with the carrier if necessary.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We will accept parts to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned must be in new, unused condition in the original package. Original invoice and sales receipt must be included at time of return. No refunds or exchanges on electrical components or special orders.

PRODUCT/PRICING INFO: At times we may be temporarily out of stock on a part you request. Your order will be placed on backorder status and shipped when in stock, unless customer cancels the order. Prices are subject to change without notice. On all special orders a 50% deposit is required.

LIABILITY: Arrowhead Truck Parts, Inc. is not liable and will be held harmless from any and all consequential or contingent damages, expenses, and/or injuries arising either directly or indirectly from the improper use, installation and modification of products sold by Arrowhead Truck Parts, Inc.

SALES TAX: Arizona residents add 8.1% sales tax to all orders. If purchase is by a business please include your resale certificate with all orders.
